The 55 Antibes Drive application proposes a development of 197 condominium townhouse units  comprised of 49 standard units, 76 stacked units and 72 back-to-back units.

On February 6, 2012, City Council ammended the Zoning By-law No. 7625 of the former City of North York, for the lands at 55 Antibes Drive.
