The application proposed a nine-storey, 91-unit building with live/work units on the ground floor and residential units above on the south east corner of Sheppard Avenue and Harlock as well as a total of 101 parking spaces are proposed on 3 underground levels, including 14 spaces for visitors. Of the 91 residential units, 2 were proposed to be studio units, 78 1-bedroom units, 10 2-bedroom units and 1 3-bedroom unit.

The applicant has appealed the Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Control applications to the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) due to Council’s failure to make a decision on the applications within the time prescribed by the Planning Act. A hearing was set for September 22, 2014.
