30 Tippett Road (now known as 36 and 36R Tippett Road)
This application proposed to permit a 12 storey building containing 242 residential condominium dwelling units and ground floor non-residential uses on the western portion of the site and an 8 storey building containing 154 residential units on the eastern portion of the site. The site will have a total of 396 residential units, of which 100 units will be affordable units. The development will contain an additional 652m2 of non-residential space, including 228m2 of retail space and 424m2 for a daycare is also proposed. A total of 213 automobile parking spaces would be provided in a single underground parking structure for the proposal.
