Earl Bales Park Arts & Music Festival is a free, one-day event from 11 am – 6 pm on Sunday, July 6, 2014 celebrating the arts and culture of North York.
The improvements made to the park include resurfaced tennis courts, a new seating area with benches, revitalized pathways, trees, gardens, landscaping and a gazebo.
The project will also involve replacing the City-owned portion of any substandard water services in order to improve water system capacity and quality.
