The application at 6020 and 6030 Bathurst Street proposes a 26-storey residential apartment building and 24 townhouse units. The two existing rental buildings and units on the site would remain. There have been a number of development applications in the immediate area. City Planning staff will also introduce the Bathurst – Fisherville Block Study, that would look at the potential for new streets, blocks, parks, community services and facilities and public realm improvements that may be necessary to serve future development. The workshop and roundtable discussions will focus on existing opportunities and constraints within the block and the surrounding area.
